October to April Pricing: $3,675/week, $525/night.
May, June, Sept Pricing: $4,375/week
July and August Pricing: $4,725/week
Discounts available for multi-week and monthly rentails.
Pricing includes all listed amenities, cleaning fees and tax.
Bookings shall be confirmed in writing after the reciept of a completed Cottage Rental Agreement Form and deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared.
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: Due 7 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made with 48 hours and at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.
