Minimum Stay
- High Season: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday June 25, 2027 to Sept 6, 2027)
- Base Season: 2 night from Labour Day to End of June (Sept 7, 2026 to June 24, 2027)
- Holiday Season: 4 nights for Christmas Holidays and March Break (Dec 18 to Jan 3, and March 12-21)
Check-in after 4:00 PM, Check-out by 10:00 AM

Pricing is for up to 12 guest. Additional guests add $25 per night per additional person.
High Season: June 26th - Sept 7th Pricing: $5,075/week, Sat to Sat only.
Base Season: Sept 7th, 2026 to June 24, 2027 Pricing: $4,550/week, $650/night. 2 night minimum.
Holiday Season: Dec 18th-Jan 3, 2027 and March 12th-21st, 2027: $700/night 4 night minimum
Pricing includes all listed amenities.
Cleaning Fees are $450 extra.
Additional $100 cleaning fee per dog.
Bookings shall be confirmed in writing after the reciept of a completed Cottage Rental Agreement Form and deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared.
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: Due 7 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made with 48 hours and at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.

Maximum Guests: 12 people. Additional guests are $25/person/night with special permission.
Pets: Permitted for an additional cleaning fee
Smoking: Not allowed indoors
