Minimum Stay
- Mid and High Season: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
- Low Season: 3 nights from Oct 1st to April 30th
Check-in: Saturdays after 4:00 PM
Check-out: Saturdays by 10:00 AM

Low Season: October to April Pricing: $3,675/week, $525/night. 3 night minimum.
Mid Season: May 1st - June 26th, 2026 and Sept 7th - Sept 30th Pricing: $4,375/week, Sat to Sat only
High Season: June 26th - Sept 7th Pricing: $4,725/week, Sat to Sat only
Pricing includes all listed amenities.
$375 cleaning fees.
Bookings shall be confirmed in writing after the reciept of a completed Cottage Rental Agreement Form and deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared.
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: Due 7 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made with 48 hours and at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.
