Minimum Stay
- High Season: 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
- Mid Season: 2 night from May 1st to June 26th and Sept 7th to 30th
- Low Season: 2 nights from Oct 1st to April 30th
For one week rentals, Check-in: Saturdays after 4:00 PM, Check-out: Saturdays by 10:00 AM
Flexible on Check-in/Check-out on the week leading up to Labour Day

Low Season: October to April Pricing: $3,850/week, $550/night. 2 night minimum.
Mid Season: May 1st - June 26th, 2026 and Sept 4th - Sept 30th Pricing: $4,550/week, $650/night. 2 night minimum.
High Season: June 26th - Sept 7th Pricing: $4,900/week, Sat to Sat only. Flexible days on
Pricing includes all listed amenities.
Cleaning Fees are $425 extra.
Additional $100 cleaning fee per dog.
Bookings shall be confirmed in writing after the reciept of a completed Cottage Rental Agreement Form and deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared.
Booking Deposit: 25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: Due 7 days before your arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made with 48 hours and at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in.
